market. Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law after focusing
on architecture, economics, and political science as an undergraduate, Martin has
formed
an international perspective that has afforded him a keen awareness of market conditions, a strong knowledge of the law, and a steadfast passion for real estate. Having worked in finance and real estate law, Martin Szumanski brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients' aid. Martin's ability to communicate in English, Danish, Polish, Swedish, and Norwegian and his working knowledge of French also allow him the aptitude to work with an array of international clients. |

Martin is heavily connected within the
entertainment industry, having worked in talent and music representation with Creative Artist's Agency, The Firm, and The Gersh Agency after graduating from law school. After several years working with directors, actors, and musicians, Martin was offered a position with Juggernaut Productions, a Los Angeles-based TV and film production company, as CFO and Director of Marketing. Martin consistently utilizes his marketing and negotiation skills to better serve his clientele in
all of their real estate needs.
