Martin Szumanski will make a tax-deductible charity donation in your name to the charity of your choice totaling 10% of his commission. Since the donation is in your name, it will serve as a valuable tax deduction. If you personally represent clients who desire to buy or sell property, you may choose to have the charitable donation made in your client’s name instead of your own. |
10% Cash Gift Option
Martin Szumanski will give you a gift check for 10% of his net commission on any transaction performed with the client you bring him, as long as Martin continues to represent the client. You may choose to receive the 10% reward in cash or check form,
at the close of escrow, not to exceed $10,000. |
